My vision is to guide people toward a holistic understanding of their health, to help them reactivate their inner resources, and to live a life that truly fits them – with more energy, calm, and ease in everyday life.

To me, health is more than just movement and nutrition. It’s the synergy of body, mind, and nervous system – deeply connected to an inner awareness of what truly nourishes you.
In my work, I combine science-based expertise with holistic tools drawn from over 20 years of experience – as a certified nutrition expert, yoga & Pilates teacher with a background in sports physiotherapy, kinesiologist, breathwork coach, and Human Design guide.
My approach integrates:
• Movement that supports your posture, builds strength, and fits your daily life
• Mindset & nervous system work that helps regulate stress and restore inner stability
• Nourishing food that’s intuitive, non-dogmatic, and full of enjoyment – not overwhelm
